Same-day or emergency services may incur additional fees.
3. Pricing & Payments
Pricing is based on service type, property size, and specific requirements.
Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, card, and online transfers.
Tips are optional but appreciated and go 100% to our cleaning staff.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds or re-cleans are provided only if there is a verified issue with service quality, and must be reported within 24 hours.
5. Access & Safety
Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
For your security, our staff is professionally trained and background-checked.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsafe conditions in the home.
Please store valuables and fragile items securely before service.
6. Liability
RK Cleaning Services LLC is insured, but we are not liable for damage resulting from improper installation or existing structural issues.
We will notify clients of any accidental damage immediately.
7. Use of Cleaning Products
We use industry-standard cleaning products.
If you have allergies or prefer specific products, please inform us in advance.
Eco-friendly options are available upon request.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy and will never be sold or shared without consent.
9. Modifications
